House holiday rentals in Paphos

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, um zum Strand zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto. Pool ist schön groß und toll zum schwimmen inkl. Terrasse mit genügend Sitzgelegenheit und Schatten. Im Haus gibt es Klimaanlagen, und Insektengitter in der Schlafräumen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und 1 Cafe und Taverne mit toller Aussicht aber leider nur durchschnittlichem Essen und Service. Latsi, Polis und schöne Strände in ca 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft und der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr geräumig und man hatte durch den Ausblick ein Gefühl von Freiheit. George war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Direkt vor der Villa verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße. Wer empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Uns persönlich hat dies aber nicht beeinflusst und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt hat uns der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a lovely stat, group of 4 for 8 days. The only thing we could fault was the state of the sunbeds, they could use replacing. Everything else was wonderful! A bit of a walk if you want to get to nice restaurants, but bolt scooters can get you there easily.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Wir waren sehr gern zu Gast bei Emmanouel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Stil und guter Ausstattung. Sehr Komfortable, alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Lage ist etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick! Eigener Pool macht Freude! Absolute Empfehlung

Fantastic villa in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Bay’s bars and restaurants. Michalis was very responsive, quickly answering any questions and resolving a minor issue in person within two hours.

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

Beautiful calm place, clean and very comfortable small house. Responsive hosts. The location might be not perfect for everybody but I loved it. The nearest beach isn’t very sophisticated but clean and cozy. Other great locations are very reachable with car. Totally worth to stay.

location in peacefully estate, two public swimming pools, one of those ringt behind the fence. the patio was a great benefit. a good size two bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Grocery shops in walking distance from the house, and good restaurant just on the corner. a few minutes drive to the marina and promenade. We had a car, and is also space for car in front of the house. The host is responsible and responds immediately. the kettle broken down, we got new without any issues. I would stay again

We’ve just returned from our 2nd year at Villa Morfo. As last year, everything was perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. It was lovely to relax in the outdoor area, and the pool was great to cool off in. Evenings spent on the verandah, watching the spectacular sunsets were a perfect end to the day.Aris is an exceptional host, always there when needed, but never intrusive. The object of the holiday, was peace, seclusion and relaxation, Morfo is all of these things and more, so we’ve booked to come back next year. Thankyou so much Aris.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We had a great time during our stay in Cyprus. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is good—quiet and convenient if you have a car. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. The mattresses were quite hard, and both the beds and doors made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep a bit. Also, the pillows were quite worn out and could use replacing. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements, this place would be ideal!

The apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful decorated inside with a lot of thought gone into the finer details. extremely clear instructions interms of checking in, finding the property and details about water heaters, ac’s etc. great kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need.

Everything was Ok. The owner was ready to help at any time and he gave us clear instructions and fast answers whenever we needed it during our stay. Besides, the place is very bright and comfortable and the area really interesting and beautiful with many nice activities to enjoy.

Nous avons séjourné 13 jours, l'emplacement est incroyable avec une maison en parfait état fidèle à la description avec parking privé et surtout un jardin magnifique , très bien pensé pour le repos avec différents espaces et avec un accès direct et privé à la plage proposant une vue splendide , nous avons adoré !!! nous avons eu la chance incroyable de découvrir une tortue marine sortant de l'eau et venir pondre entre 1 et 3 heure du matin devant la maison sur la plage , c'était magnifique !! Une marina visible depuis le logement permet aussi de louer des bateaux si souhaité (permis non nécessaire et très bien encadré !!) ou de monter sur des embarcations pour visiter les lagons proches , le petit village propose de très bon restaurant, plage d' Aphrodite et blue Lagon sont très proche et juste paradisiaque, Marianna et Georges sont très réactif et disponible pour facilité et rendre le séjour parfait !! Nous reviendrons si nous le pouvons.

We were very happy with our stay at Costas’s house. We not able to meet him, however he gave very clear instructions of how to find and access the property. He was very responsive to queries prior to and during our stay and nothing was an issue. And Tigra was there to greet us, show us round and check in every day after, sometimes bringing friends 😻 The house is very spacious with 2 sofas in the living room under the A/C unit and various seating options outside. The outside area does get the sun for much of the day however there is an umbrella over the table and where the hot tub is has an overhead cover which gave shade. Having multiple keys to the house was very useful, as were the UK style plug sockets! We found the bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage and there were plenty of additional towels if needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the downstairs WC is a bonus! We found it an easy walk to the Harbour and Lighthouse Beach was a 6 min drive away.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The pool is lovely, gets lots of sun all day. The views are absolutely amazing. Another thing to mention is the easy to use kitchen, AC, and other amenities. Some gorgeous cats come to visit, just make sure to close the mesh over the doors as they seem keen to explore the house! Also plugs are English ones so no need for adapters! Comfy beds. Extra pillows. Downstairs of the house also stays cool during the day without air con. Would 100% recommend getting a car as most places in Paphos feel spread out. 15/20 minute drive to Paphos beach, harbour, coral bay, and Paphos old town. Free parking everywhere. Local restaurant Militzia Tavern was amazing, would recommend visiting (5 minutes by car). Hosts are lovely, very helpful, and friendly. Overall, lovely clean place to stay.

The most beautiful stay in Cyprus, amazing house, great kitchen and an awesome pool! We loved our stay here and recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view!

Das Haus war rundum super. Alles wie auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet, der Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill und Tischen war klasse. Einzig der Standort auf Airbnb war nicht ganz richtig, wir sind anfangs in die falsche Richtung durch enge Gassen gefahren. Gehe aber davon aus, dass das zeitnah korrigiert wird da es dem Gastgeber gemeldet wurde. Am besten Iliada's Traditional Stone House direkt bei Google Maps eingeben um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen. Die persönliche Begrüßung des Gastgebers war freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus war grandios und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

Absolutely loved our stay at Abigail’s place. The villa was spotless with the most beautiful garden and surroundings. Everything we needed was provided and felt like we were right at home. The use of the car was really appreciated as it is in a more secluded location but close to Coral Bay ave and 20-25 minutes from Paphos. The pool cleaners came regularly. Abigail has thought of everything, the dumbbells and yoga mat were a particular favorite of mine. I would definitely recommend the place and Abigail as a host, she was very responsive to any questions I had. Thank you so much! 🏡
