Our stay at this beautiful apartment exceeded our expectations! It was so peaceful and private and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. Most of our time was spent sitting in the shade at the edge of the beach, resting and enjoying the sea breezes. Our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer!

Fer was a great host and the place looked even better in person. The local recommendations provided were perfect - highly recommend!

El lugar está alejado del centro de Montezuma pero muy cerca del mismo. Cerca de Cobano, cerca de Santa Teresa. Sumamente tranquilo con vista al mar muy seguro si apagas todas las luces en la noche se puede ver un cielo espectacular y estrellado. Con arboles de mango a su alrededor. En nuestra estadía pudimos ver monos cariblancos, lapas, osos hormigueros y demás. Se duerme placenteramente y se pierde el sentido del tiempo. Recomendamos el lugar y Don William otro de los anfitriones sumamente servicial, amable y simpático. Esperemos volver nuevamente!

We had the best time at Richards place, and loved the location being right next to Rocobar to grab a bite to eat. The beach is amazing, we would definitely book again.

Our family of five (with three kids under four) had the most incredible month at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with a breathtakingly gorgeous beach just steps away. We felt completely safe the entire time, which was so important with little ones. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Maureen, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything seamless for us. And we can’t recommend Domingo the cook enough—her dinners were a highlight of our trip! We used her services every night, and every meal was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. It has been the best airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures . Great location close to everything you need beach, restaurants, stores etc . The hosts are also so helpful and kind . Great people and great place to stay in 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a memorable experience in Santa Teresa ❤️🙂

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

Bernardo's home is beautiful, peaceful, and situated on the beautiful pacific ocean. Everything was exactly as he described. The home is large, clean, and comfortable. The pool and the gazebo/pool house were favorites with our group! We were able to relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf and the breeze from the ocean. There were two pairs of macaws that would fly over in the morning and the evening. Paradise. The home is close to many types of activities in Jaco, Mata de Limon, and El Roble. We enjoyed an ATV trip in Tarcoles, a Jungle Crocodile Safari, and a trip to Natuwa, a local animal sanctuary. Along the way we enjoyed meals at a variety of "Sodas," small restaurants, as they are known in CR. We have to send out a big Thank You to Silvana, who tended to our every need. She's wonderful. Silvana gave us a tip about a great seafood restaurant in Salinas - Cevichero Arrecife - what a wonderful meal. We already miss sitting by the pool, looking at the sea. Pura Vida!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa de playa fue realmente maravillosa. La vista era espectacular, despertar y ver el océano cada mañana fue un verdadero lujo. Para los amantes de la pesca como nosotros, la ubicación resultó ser fantástica, con varios puntos excelentes a poca distancia. Además de la belleza del lugar, la atención del anfitrión fue impecable. Siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y agradable. Su amabilidad y disposición hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, recomendaríamos esta casa de playa a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo con vistas increíbles y buenas oportunidades para pescar. ¡Esperamos volver en el futuro!

Le logement est très joli et bien situé. Marisa est incroyable! Elle a même ajouté du mobilier avant notre arrivée pour nous accommoder afin qu’on puisse prendre des repas à 4 autour d’une table dehors comme en-dedans. Super bien décoré. Végétation nous faisant sentir bien. Très bien isolé à l’intérieur pour ne pas entendre les quads qui passent sur la rue principale. Nous avons adoré!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay on Playa Blanca

Valeria place is exactly what we needed for our vacation. After spending a few busy days at la fortuna we just wanted to relax at the beach or pool and this place hit the spot. the instructions were very clear on how to get to the property. Valeria gave me clear instructions and mentioned the or code needed to get inside and the bracelets situation and I didn't think much of it until we got there. The reason for all of this is that this place is super secure. everyone that is there either lives or rents there. Everyone that works at the beach club take excellent care of the property. we were so happy to be at the 11th floor so we got to see some monkeys and macaws too. also the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. we mainly used the electric skillet. but I noticed there was a griddle, waffle maker, pots, bowls, coffee maker etc. thank you Valeria, your place was a key element of our memorable vacation.

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

WOW - WOW - WOW! This place is SPECTACULAR! The view is outstanding and the beach is pristine. There are LOTS of scarlet macaws at the beaches and there beach is lined with shade trees. The place is small, but a bit larger than the pictures indicate. The place is decorated beautifully and the housekeeper is outstanding. Isabel is super helpful and responsive. I wish we had more time here (we will stay longer next time). Highly recommend!
