Holiday rentals with a patio in Paradise Island

Stayed here for my mini vacation to Nassau and the place was clean and perfect. I will be booking again when I revisit, would recommend 10/10.

We had a lovely time! It was super easy to walk to the beach our location felt super private. The bus was right down the street and super easy to navigate getting to the downtown area.

Great place, cozy, clean, safe, private, and great host. Would surely come back again and recommend to others.

Ghia is an amazing host ,our stay was great and Ghia was very helpful and friendly .

Convenient cost effective stay, enjoyable space all around. Amenities were also convenient like the deck, bar island and grill.

Family of four (kids 7 & 9) stayed for 7 nights. The condo was clean, spacious, simple modern decor, comfortable beds, and an incredible deck. AC worked well. Well stocked kitchenware. Grocery, liquor store and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the Poop Deck, Blue Sail (casual) and Meze (fine dining). Our kids loved playing in the pool and the surf was fun, but not too intense. Soft, sandy beach. Notable downsides: general wear & tear of outside areas compared to photos, low water pressure, limited anarondack chairs. Overall, this is a great spot if you prefer to avoid the resort crowds and have a local beach practically to yourselves. Easy access to downtown ferry terminal for excursions. Excellent communication from Madison before and throughout our stay. Shout out to Maliek, the driver recommended by hosts. He was prompt to respond, kind and personable.

I loved the gated property, the unit was easy to find. I wish the front room had an ac unit. But I sent all the time in the bedroom and it was great

Our trip was so personalized and the little touches you added, dropping gifts off while we were out for the day. If we needed anything you were on it within 10 minutes, we can’t thank you enough for making our first trip to the Bahamas wonderful. If we could give you higher than a 5 star rating we would!!!

This is our second time staying in Palm Cay and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again! The weather didn't cooperate the first day or so, but once the sun came out we were in paradise! Maggie and her team were super communicative to our messages and questions. We appreciate their efforts to make sure our stay was a great one! Glad to know additional pools were available to us as guests as we didn't opt to pay the extra fee for Club access.

Jina was truly a heaven sent during my stay! She was super polite, very professional, and made me feel like family! Anytime I am in the Bahamas she will be my go to girl! Book now, don’t hesitate… You literally won’t find anything better😊

I can’t describe how wonderful this house was because you have to visit to believe it His place was serene, beautiful and so relaxing!! Just what we needed for a week away from the hustle of work!! Just off the beaten path but so worth it and we had our own private beach with snorkel gear, kayaks and floatees!! Will recommend to anyone!! 5 star!!!

Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to get any property from Lou in the future. Thank you Lou for making our stay amazing and memorable!

5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Stay! Everything about my stay was truly amazing! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. What really made this experience outstanding was the host. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including arranging a ride for my excursion and even to the airport. I also requested an early check-in, and she was more than accommodating. Her hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. 5-star stay at Chauncy's paradise! Chauncy's apartment on Paradise Island exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Chauncy was an exceptional host - responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Bahamas!

We enjoyed our time here. The property is private and secure. The views are absolutely beautiful, the pool area and entire property is well taken care of! I do recommend having a rental car and expecting to be in a relaxing environment! Dario was very helpful at all times!

Life Saver In Paradise Island! My brother & I were in another Airbnb prior to booking Sarah place. I saw Sarah listing great reviews + photos which in person are a match. I reached out to Sarah within minutes she responded that her place was available. Sarah saved us when we change our stay at the last minute. She welcomed us into a wonderland beautiful oasis. Her place is 5/5 private patio to Sun bath, or have an evening drink or morning coffee. The pool is great the entire grounds are well maintained. Cabbage beach is down the road very beautiful ocean. What stands out at Sarah place Is the interior design which details great scale of the unit. Top of the line linens we appreciate that. This place is lovely definitely quality all the way around. Walkable community or take a walk across the bridge to great authentic Island food. Taxi are all around if needed. We will be back. Sarah is one of a kind. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful oasis!

We had a lovely stay- beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The unit was well kept, clean and very comfortable. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Good place to rewind.

This place was exactly as described! It was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 children. Very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lounge and dining area we large with a great well equipped kitchen! Clean with everything we could possibly need. Very quiet. Beautiful pools and easily accessible to walk to shops, beach and surrounds. Great hosts! Quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again “in a heartbeat”!!

This was a great place to stay , a fantastic location for the walkability to beaches and Atlantis shops and casino . Very comfortable very clean and the pool was perfect. Ron the host was easy to deal with and replied very quickly with the few questions we did have . Thanks Ron for a great vacation
