Welcome to our apartment in the lovely leafy suburb of Mawson Lakes . Walking distance to shops, hotel , banks , supermarkets , massage and a host of other services. Easy transport to the city is by train (8 min walk) or bus (2 min walk ). The Barossa Valley ( one of our famous wine growing regions ) is only a 25 minute drive away. A great base for those wanting to enjoy the festivities of the Adelaide Fringe and the Superloop V8 Supercar race .
“Angela's place was ideally located in Mawson Lakes. There are great restaurants and supermarkets within short walking distance. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. I had a great stay!”
Entire House & contents. The Garden shed is the only restricted space
“Thank you for a lovely stay! We really loved the special touch of the birdseed, unfortunately it was too hot for the little white dove to make an appearance. We loved the original photos and wall art! Very clean and air conditioning was amazing!”
We are a friendly semi-retired couple age 63 to 68 that speak both English & Vietnamese. Mike retired a few years ago, however I am still working as an IT networking at a primary school. We were originally refugees escaping a war torn country looking for freedom. Then luckily, we were offered to settle in Australia over 30 years ago. We absolutely love to travel and explore new places. We also love meeting people from all around the world and learning about their culture and experiences.
“It was lovely staying with Mung & Mike in their spacious house in Blair Athol north of the center of Adelaide. They are very kind hosts, very helpful in every aspect, and it was a pleasure talking to them and sharing my travelling experiences with Mung. The house & the large garden are in an agreable residential area - there are several buses not far away to take you into the city or to the train station (and from there to the beaches or to Port Adelaide). I am happy to have stayed at Mung‘s & Mike‘s house, and if I ever travel to Adelaide again, I would try to stay with them again.”
