The apartment is a 4th floor studio. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed there is a comfortable two-seater sofa (no bed), wall-mounted mirror, large TV and living room table. The kitchen has modern cabinets, table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, washing machine and the necessary accessories. The guesthouse is very close to the beaches of Sykia, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (former TEI ).
