Monthly Rentals in Paranoá Lake

The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym) and conveniences (mini-market and laundry). The apartment itself is beautiful and very good equipped. The host lives up to the title of super host. I recommend it!

Very good apartment and owners were very transparent

Very nice place. The apartment has a small kitchen for support with filter for water at will. For those with a spine problem, the bed can be very soft, but for me it was no problem. As it is an airbnb there are no inherent hotel services such as daily cleaning and bargaining, but the cost-benefit was worth it! The structure of the place is very good (pharmacy, restaurants, swimming pool...) and people responded to us quickly. Voltaria for sure!

everything was great, as advertised and agreed. Fabiano was extremely kind and helpful, especially regarding the late check-out. I definitely recommend it and will return more often if I have the opportunity.
