Relax, this small 28 m2 cottage and its terrace will offer you a quiet break. Set in our garden, it is designed for two people. It is located on the edge of the forest, you will access the lake by a forest path in 10 minutes. The city center and its shops are 1.5 km away. Sanguinet – Biscarrosse bike path. between lake and forest. Beyond that, the ocean is 20 minutes away, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat are 30 minutes away. Our pool and its surroundings will be accessible to you for shared use.

Un lieu idéal pour ceux qui s'intéressent : lacs, randos forêt, sports aquatiques…il est possible de rejoindre les plages de l’Océan à travers la forêt. Une dépendance adaptée pour 2 pers, mais il est possible d' accueillir un bébé.

My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. This gite, like our neighboring home, was self-built with the utmost respect for the environment: Wood and natural materials, phytosanitary purification with pond and plants, insulation and high-performance waterproofing. 30 m2 cottage with large terrace (30 m2) in a quiet area by the forest on a plot of 740 m2, shared with another cottage. 700 m from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet and 7 km from the ocean and downtown Biscarrosse. 20 km from the Dune du Pyla (highest sand dune in Europe) and 30 km from Arcachon. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.
