Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Guests can enjoy a dome heated swimming pool ( only from June to September ). On a wooded lot of more than half an hectare, this cottage will allow you a total disconnection... Located 20 minutes from the mythical 24h circuit of Le Mans and the Zoo de la Flèche, you can also discover the major cities nearby, Le Mans 30mn, Angers, Tours and Laval 1h. Breakfast possible depending on availability at €7/people.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.
