An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Relax in our charming renovated farmhouse located in the heart of Perche Ornais and enjoy a very pleasant environment 1.5 hours from Paris, 2 hours from the landing beaches, 2.75 hours from Mont St Michel. This typical 180 m2 family house is located on a 4000 m2 plot, ideal for a stay with family or friends by the fireplace or in the shade of the large linden tree depending on the season. Well-equipped, everything is designed to ensure you have a great time.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. 10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Wooden cottage with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Unfailing romance thanks to the candles that can be set up on the large 20 m2 raised terrace, semi-covered, overlooking an English garden. A second terrace to enjoy the sunset. The cottage is located by a stream, facing a mill. The atmosphere is ensured with the purr of the mill wheel. The Cottage is a green setting close to castles, water and hiking trails.
