Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Parker Strip

Truly a beautiful place and wonderful stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer to relax and enjoy Lake Havasu. The home is in a perfect location, if you get the chance to stay here do it!

What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

2nd stay was as great as the first. They are very responsive and attended to anything that came up. Will continue to stay there during my trips back.

This house is amazing and priced well for being in keys. It is in a great location we booked kinda last minute and everything was ready for us when we arrived and Maria communicated very well to make sure we had a smooth check in. I had to download an app to access the door that she had to walk me through but once figured out it made the check in simple. We would definitely love to stay in this keys house again for a stay in Parker.

Rita was a super host! She had the place all ready when I got there with the AC on to a comfortable temperature. Parker is a fun town and this was a great place to stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again when back in Parker.

This was possibly the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Clean, well appointed, spacious and loaded with amenities. Bonus points for a super FIRM mattress! Just like our bed at home. Squishy mattress always are struggle while traveling. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. No issues at all. This is possibly the best deal in lake havasu. A+

It was nice cozy, comfortable, clean and I love the fact they had FUZZY blankets there my favorite would definitely book again. But I wish I could have used the lil golf cart to go to the lake !!!!

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We loved our stay at Jovian's. It has a great amount of space and all furnitures or kitchen tools we need. He's been responsive and considerate since day 1. The place was in a good location in Havasu.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

Jessica’s place is very quiet and clean. A nice simple place to rest or make a small meal. She stocked the fridge with some drinks, offered snacks, and had plenty of coffee with creamer. Would def return again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Communication was smooth and easy, and the host made sure we felt welcomed from start to finish. Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

Super cute and clean condo. Loved that it’s quiet, safe and we felt right at home! The pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Perfect location right next to rotary park. Great price, we will definitely stay again. It’s bigger than the pictures portray! We also used the pool and it was very nice.

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

The perfect place! Only 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do including the lake, food, gas station and the bars. The space was spacious, cute, and stocked with all little things you might need. Kipp was responsive and super helpful especially when we were need of an emergency laundry situation.
