The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Wandern oder Radfahren könnt ihr vom Hof aus. Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

In our new in-law apartment, there is 1 bedroom with king size double bed, 1 living-bedroom, 1 dining room with microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, sink and fridge, no cooking facilities and 1 large bathroom. The garden behind the garage with garden set and charcoal grill can be used. 2 bicycles are available for use. The location is 500 m from the Danube bike path and about 2 km from the arch in the Furth district, shopping center 200 m. Restaurants and beer gardens nearby.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
