Holiday rentals with a patio in Parla

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

Very nice stay and host. There were many courtesy items such as breakfast, ice, infusions, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback is that being a low floor, when the slightest crumb of food fell to the ground, an ant would appear, but nothing to worry about.

Great location, good host

This place is an oasis in the very hip neighborhood of Malasaña. The apartment is just off the energetic Calle Fuencarral, on a quiet side street. It is serene and spacious. Everything you need is conveniently nearby - shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the interior patio and made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. The host’s guidebook was really helpful and he was easy to work with. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Madrid.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It is in an excellent location and we could walk to everything we needed and wanted to see. Check in was very easy and the hosts are very accommodating! We had a great stay and would visit again!

We had a great stay. Gema and Almudena were always very friendly to us. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe! Our only downside was the internet, since we were a month and had faults almost every day, which made us difficult when it came to work. Even so, we highly recommend the place!

amazing place... a peaceful, heavenly and above all relaxing break. no noise at night, no light, you wake up to the sound of birds We wanted to visit the surroundings and finally we felt so good that we changed our plans and stayed at the farm to enjoy the setting. we left reluctantly. The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and clean. The hosts are welcoming and available. Alberto recommended a delicious restaurant in the city center. We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

This is the best place to stay. Accessibility and price cleanliness are perfect. I really want Koreans to stay here. The accommodation itself is a very similar structure to a Korean officetel.

We had a great time at Laura and Daniel's in Paracuellos, very close to Madrid. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and very well located. Thanks to public transport, it was very easy to get to the center of Madrid without a car. On April 28, a massive power outage hit Spain and Portugal. Despite this, Laura and Daniel were incredibly thoughtful: they provided us with portable lamps and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The fact that Laura is fluent in French has greatly facilitated communication and was of great help. We highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort, its ideal location and especially for the exceptional hospitality of Laura and Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Leopoldo's apartment was great. Beautiful, great location in a lively neighbourhood. Also, Leopoldo was very friendly, helped me figure out tickets to a local museum. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again. One very small thing is that one of the bedrooms has a window that is the ground level of a street. Usually the noise was not a problem, though sometimes in the morning some street noise can be heard. Only an issue for light sleepers who would like to sleep in. The loft bedroom does not have this issue.

As usual after 4 years of using Alvaro's place , we are again fully satisfied.
