Ti piacerebbe alloggiare nella vecchia ex fattoria Ferretti? Oggi è un accogliente casa di campagna con due appartamenti indipendenti. Il più grande dei due è proprio l’Abitazione del Lauro. Un grande spazio con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina, soggiorno e ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi. Soggiornerete così poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici e immersi nel nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.
