Magnificent home for a fantastic vacation!!

Awesome house with a great garden and a great pool. Even if the approach is a rocky forest path, it is worth it. The house is large and has everything about large pots etc. for a great stay of up to 10 persons. Donata and Alfredo live in the house even in winter, so everything is just there! You don't have to leave the house to have a good vacation! Also, few neighbors are nearby that might bother you. But you are also within 20 minutes at a large supermarket or in 10 minutes at a small shop in the village of Mornese. Donata and alfredo are super nice and accommodating hosts. I absolutely recommend the house for holidays with family or as a group of friends , great ! Thanks @ Donata and Alfredo !!

Italian villa with pool and privacy

Fantastic privately located house on a hill surrounded by vineyards with 3 big rooms and en suite bathrooms which was great for 5 adults of which two couples. The owner Benny does the initial communication but closer to the date we were contacted by the very kind and helpful host Alfonso who speaks very well English. He helped us onboarding and with whatever question or issue throughout the week. Niku who lives in the house next door maintains the garden and cleans the pool every morning early. We very much appreciated the daily waste collection by Niku, the well furnished rooms and the very well equipped kitchen. The pool is lovely but not-heated which was a pleasure given the hot weather. You must know that the road to the house from the main road is quite long and curvy, the last part is a gravel road. The distance to the village Gavi is about 7km and thus you need a car to get groceries or go into town for dinner. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Thank you again for hosting us and for this lovely stop on our way to Florence. Very nice surprise, the accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable, and tastefully renovated, in a pretty authentic village with a small castle and beautiful streets. Nice view overlooking the valley. The bedding is of quality. We were 4 people with our 2 teenagers and it was perfect and quite spacious. Our host also recommended the village trattoria a 2-minute walk from the property where we enjoyed ourselves. In short, it's a little gem that deserves a 10/10 and we highly recommend it.
