The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

It also offers a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, hair dryer and iron. It is located 150m from the port and 50m from Panagia Ekatontapyliani. Easy access to the traditional market of Parikia, beaches, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Is located in a quite area, less than 1 km from the main port of Parikia and just 500 meters from the main seafront of the town, where you can find many restaurants & café. Few meters away from the studio, you can reach the beach. Bus Station is few meters away. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.

The studio (20m2) is newly renovated in the center of Paroikia. It consists a double bed with a brand new mattress, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a small fridge, TV, A/C, free Wifi and private garden with dinning table. Scooters/bikes/ATVs can be parked in front of the studio on the road.
