Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pasadena

Amazing stay. Place was cleaned and you can smell that it was clean as you walk in. James is an amazing host and has very great communication and very helpful. When I visit again I will definitely book again. Thanks again James!

We had a wonderful time ! The house is in a nice neighborhood . The kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Host was very friendly. She allowed us to go back and pick up some of the food we had accidentally left behind in the refrigerator after checkout. It was a great experience overall celebrating a special occasion with the kids !

Amber and Brian were excellent hosts. We had an incident where the smoke alarm went off and Brian and Amber came right away and fixed it. We were displaced by the Eaton Canyon fire , moving from Airbnb to Airbnb, but this place was by far was our most favorite! It was peaceful and relaxing. Having the backyard is a little slice of heaven. Our dogTwinkie enjoyed the yard and we also enjoyed sitting out there on the Adirondack chairs, having our morning coffee. The place is pristine! Super clean, and exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen! The decor is beautiful and the bed is so comfy. The neighborhood is walkable & safe. Parking is easy to find. There many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Try Two Kids for coffee, the best! I We wished we could have spent more days there because it was just what we needed to unwind and forget about being displaced. This is the place to stay in the South Pasadena area.

Megan’s Spanish bungalow was incredibly warm and welcoming. It felt like coming home. The beds were so comfortable, to the point that I’m considering the mattresses for my own home. She left coffee for us, as we arrived late at night. And the garden is just incredibly beautiful. We’ll absolutely stay here again when visiting family. Thank you Megan!

Our stay in South Pasadena was great - a true home away from home! Host Debora was very kind and responsive. The house was very clean, very comfortable, well stocked for cooking, and is in a great location near plenty of restaurants. Our children loved playing in the backyard, and my husband enjoyed teaching my son the rules of pool and nine ball in the den area. My family stayed here for about a month as we waited for our house in Altadena to be remediated due to the Eaton Fire, and we were very thankful to find such a wonderful home!

The apartment was very nice, well laid out and very clean. Very modern and well equipped. It is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and MetroRail. Parking is easy. We also enjoyed South Pasadena a lot. It is a very pretty, old time town. We would definitely stay in Mark's unit again.

Really enjoyed our stay in Emily’s beautiful place! The location is great - close enough to activities and restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The house is comfy and just like the pictures. She also gave some great recommendations for area restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place! Instruction video for parking was very helpful. Lots of nearby Korean restaurants and rooftop pool with views of DTLA !!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. Quiet, lovely space. Hot tub, kitchen, grill, washer & dryer were fabulous. (Kitchen well equipped.) The shower, while clean, is quite small. (Keep this in mind for anyone 6’ and above.) Street parking was simple and Nicole’s recommendations for establishments were appreciated. We felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again.

I had a great time staying here! It was nice and in a secure and gated area and right central to where I needed to be. Kris was amazing and gave clear instructions on how to get to the location and how to get into the parking area and unit.

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!
