Amazing place- it really is a little paradise. We had a wonderful time exploring the island with our Stand Up paddles and going swimming. You need a boat to get there or you can take the boat transfer (organized by the owner). House and bay is as shown on the photos. Once you are there you can just relax and enjoy!

We have been to this cottage for the fourth time - and each time we are even more enthusiastic! Everything is sparkling clean, the bed linen fresh, the bed super comfortable and there is really everything you need for a nice stay. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming – a real little paradise! The house itself was modern and cozy, offering all the comforts we needed for a perfect holiday. The host was outstanding, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making us feel incredibly welcome. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this holiday home. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and the well-thought-out, high-quality furnishings – everything we needed was provided. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and the opportunity to observe dolphins and explore the fascinating underwater world. Communication with the host was exceptionally friendly and smooth. We greatly appreciated the flexibility when we spontaneously requested to extend our stay by an extra night – everything was handled quickly and without any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would be delighted to return in the future.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week in this house! The hosts picked us up from the ferry in Tkon, the house can be reached in about 15 minutes (via partly unpaved roads and gravel paths) from the jetty. The house corresponds to the pictures and the description, it is quite new, very beautiful, is secluded and quiet, due to the elevated position you have a wonderful view of the Kornati, on the surrounding terrace you sit relaxed in the shade - it is also good to endure in great heat! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are small but functional and very appealing, the mattresses exceptionally comfortable. The path to the beach is narrow and partly steep, but easily doable in 7-8 minutes - we spent the mornings and afternoons on the secluded beach. This offers good seating and lying possibilities with the flat rocks, the access to the water is easy, the water is very clean. We are happy to recommend the house!
