Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pašman

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed is super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to come back 🥰

There were two of us for 7 days on the island of Zizanj. Reception was very nice by the agency Adriagata, the owner drove us with his boat to the island about 45-50 min takes the boat ride to the island, alone that was an experience. The island is very quiet and secluded you do not always have hot water but you can get there without it, you have everything for cooking. If you have an inflatable boat you can also just come to the neighboring island, you should take food with you if necessary you can clarify with the agency and they are very happy to help with you. We would come back and recommend the place, we had spent a very quiet and relaxing week, this is really for people who want to rest and don't need unnecessary things around you. The little stone house was a charm! It feels off the grid, even thought the next supermarket is located 5min by car, the ocean maybe 10min. You can enjoy the silence as well as a beautiful night sky, while chilling on the Veranda and making BBQ.I enjoyed every moment in this little paradise. Would definitely come again and recommend it to anyone who does enjoy a simple yet charming accommodation like this.

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

the apartament was really nice, patio is bigger than it looked on photos. the view is amazing and it's a calm and relaxing town. Tanja was very helpful and always replied.

We had a fantastic stay here. Location is perfect and the accommodation has great views to the harbour, old town and sea. Waking up every day to this was delightful and watching all the activity of boats and people coming and going. Everywhere is very walkable from here. The apartment is super relaxing, light, modern and bright with very comfy beds. It has all the amenities you need and is extremely clean. The balconies are spacious to sit and enjoy the lovely views and the sunshine or shade from them throughout the entire day. We enjoyed this aspect of the stay here. Zadar is pretty and we spent a full week here. There are lots of nice restaurants to choose from and everything is close. The beach is walkable too. The apartment was a perfect base to explore. Andrej was so helpful and responsive. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in which we really appreciated. It was a pleasure to communicate with Andrej and stay in his place. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

ivana's house is very pretty, it is decorated with great taste! the old town is 25mn walk. We spent 2 nights and we really liked the area for its calm, especially the sea view directly from the terrace. We would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderfull time at Josep & Brankas beautiful home. They where so friendly and kind during our stay . The apartment had everything we needed and was just the right size for two people. The highlight was definetly the 2min walk to the beach with the most amazing water you could wish for. Josep & Branka gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and more. So if you are open to explore you should definetly listen to there tips!

Amazing view from the balcony. We really did not want to leave. You won’t be disappointed. Only a few minutes walk from everything in the amazing old town.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thank you for the great stay, dear Petra☀️

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!
