Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit viel liebe zum Detail. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit und geben gute Tips für mögliche Ausflugsziele und Aktivitäten. Wir konnten die Gastgeber vor der Reise einiges Fragen, z.B. ob es eine Waschmaschine gibt, was für eine Kaffeemaschine da ist und auch sonst waren sie für alle Fragen immer offen. Für Familien mit Kinder (auch kleine Kinder) ist die Insel Preko und Pashman super geeignet, da es einige Sandstrände gibt (z. B. Nevidane), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es überall. Sollte man einen Mietwagen nutzen - so klein wie möglich, da es sehr sehr enge Gassen in den Dörfern gibt. Auch Zadar ist zu Fuß eine kleine Reise wert, die Altstadt bietet für jeden was.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Would definitely recommend this apartment it is beautiful and very clean. We were late getting in and Doris was very helpful in making our stay fantastic. Loved the place!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Marko und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir konnten ganz flexibel einchecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Marko war auch immer erreichbar. Super nett und angenehm mit den Beiden! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Nicolas. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Bushaltestelle bei der Wohnung war super zur Fahrt in die Altstadt aber auch zu Fuß war alles gut zu erreichen. Super war auch der kleine Supermarkt unten im Gebäude! Vielen Dank Nicolas, wir kommen gerne wieder🤗

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Um zum Strand zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Auch sollte man verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung ausprobieren, um für sich den „Richtigen“ (z.B. Sand, Stein, Café, Sportangebote…) zu finden.

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Traumhafte Lage, saubere Unterkunft, liebe Gastgeber! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

Mr. Vjenceslav war super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls ohne größere Mängel wie auf den Fotos anzufinden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit tollen Blick aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Accommodation as described, had everything you need. Parking available. Local supermarket. Short walk to the Old Town. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Host recommended excellent day trip ideas. Host greeted on arrival and easy communication throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.
