Monthly Rentals in Passira

I stayed for 40 days at this house in Gravatá and the experience was excellent. The location is great, very practical to move around the region. The house was super clean, well cared for and with everything I needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. Communication with the host was note 10 – always available and very attentive. I recommend the place for those looking for comfort, cleaning and good location. It would surely return!

The location is excellent, very beautiful and well maintained, I recommend it. Not to mention that it is easily accessible, right at the entrance of Gravatá and BR 232. The host is very kind and attentive to all details, as are her parents. She was always ready to answer all my questions, and to finish, it was the best location I've ever rented in Gravatá and I know the city well. I intend to return soon. Marta's flat is SENSATIONAL, it is beyond the descriptions, and exceeds expectations. I dare say it's the best accommodation in Winterville, we felt at home. Marta is a host like few others, we'll be back soon.

Great place, with amazing scenery. The house is impeccable in every detail, and has all the utensils necessary for the stay. I intend to return!
