Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

La Casetta

Located in Sezzadio, it is a few kilometers from the spa town of Acqui Terme, Alessandria and Novi Ligure. The Casetta is completely renovated, with new furnishings, equipment and services. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.
