This airy, newly-refurbished 1 bedroom garden apartment is part of a Grade II listed Georgian home, with lovely high ceilings and a view of a large, south-east facing garden. It is situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Redland, only 5 minutes walk from the Downs, as well as the bars and restaurants of Whiteladies Road. It is 5 minutes drive from Clifton Suspension Bridge, the University and BBC. Completely self-contained, it offers a private entrance, large living space & leads into the garden.

Our Urban Cabin is a cosy hideaway very close to the city centre. It's an interesting, self contained living space hosting a very comfortable super kingsize bed with 100% cotton sheets. There is a kitchen, a wet room and an upstairs double bedroom (steep stairs) as well as a bench seating area outside. The garden entrance is separate to the house so you can independently come and go as you please. Located in the heart of vibrant, multicultural Easton, it's the perfect base for exploring Bristol.

Entire cottage. Clifton, Bristol. Ideally located for visiting Bristol and Bath. This unique cottage has vaulted ceilings and consist of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen diner which is perfect for quiet nights in. For those warm sunny days the french doors lead onto a private patio with out door seating. Towels and bed line are offered in this accommodation. We are also able to offer our guests a parking space on our drive way, off the street behind an electric fence.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
