Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Paterson

My friend and I came to town to catch a NWSL game in Harrison. This spot was perfect! Walkable to the arena and to Newark Penn. Katie is an amazing host! She was responsive and friendly and helped to make us feel welcome. Her place is beautiful and cool.

Once again I love it it is so comfortable I feel like I'm at home when I'm there I finally learned how to you the fireplace 😂😭

Très bon séjour chez Lourdes, je me suis sentie tellement bien chez elle, tout était parfait, je n’ai manqué de rien. Il y avait des boissons dans le frigo et de quoi manger, c’est très pratique quand vous arrivez dans la nuit comme moi. L’appartement était très propre, les draps, les serviettes sentaient très bon. Il est très bien équipé en vaisselle et électroménagers. Lourdes a vraiment le sens de l’hospitalité. C’est une femme d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité infinies. J’ai eu droit à une très belle attention pour mon anniversaire, cela m’a beaucoup touchée. Elle a été d’une grande aide dans l’organisation de mon voyage. Ses informations étaient très utiles et elle répondait rapidement à mes messages. Il est très facile de rejoindre Manhattan avec de nombreuses stations de bus à proximité (5-10 mn à pieds). Il y a un grand supermarché à 5mn de chez elle où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir chez Lourdes si l’occasion se présente!

These are very nice places and there are many great Portuguese restaurants in the area. I picked this property because it was close to where I was working this week and because it had dedicated parking. The building complex looks new and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I'm hoping to stay here again next time I have work in the area.

I actually didn't get a chance to stay at this lovely apartment . family issues forced me to not be able to go . it was too late to cancel with Air bnb. the host and I will work setting out the next time I decide to stay. the host was very responsive

This is one of our favorite places to stay when going to the New York/New Jersey area. The location is wonderful, easy to get in and out of the city while staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is impeccably clean and neat, with everything you need. Anneka is a great and thoughtful host who is always responsive. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

Dan & Jill’s home was beyond beautiful and comfy. It was very easy to find, private and felt safe. The inside of the home was more spacious than expected and extremely clean. The panoramic views from all windows was truly a treat. The hosts were very thoughtful and sweet. If you forgot to pack something, they most likely had it. Check in was smooth, stores/supermarket was a 3 min drive. 0 complaints and cannot wait to stay again!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully well-furnished, and sprinkled with cute decor touches that made it feel instantly cozy and welcoming. The fully stocked kitchen was a dream, perfect for whipping up a quick meal or leisurely breakfast. We especially appreciated the snacks and water the host left for us, such a thoughtful gesture! Our kids were delighted to find toys waiting for them, which made for some very happy (and entertained!) little ones. There were also plenty of towels available, so we felt right at home and well taken care of. The check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, which made everything super easy and stress-free. And the location? Just a short stroll to Main Street with its amazing restaurants, couldn’t have been better! This place was the perfect home away from home for our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Katia. Het appartement is hartstikke schoon, netjes en precies zoals op de foto's. Het appartement is voorzien van letterlijk alles. Denk aan: airco, kruiden, koffie, thee, föhn, stijltang, douche producten en dekentjes voor bij de Netflix. We kwamen dan ook niks te kort. We wouden graag gebruik maken van de wasmachine. Het leek alsof er in het washok geen stroom was. Hiervoor contact opgenomen met Katia en dit was gelijk geregeld. Wat een fijne en snelle service! Het appartement is op loopafstand naar de bus (12 min) en goed te doen. Enige minpuntje is dat het gehorig is en we af en toe wat geluidsoverlast hebben gehad van de buren. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die naar New York gaat.

This home is located in a great spot. It’s a quick drive to all the places we wanted to go- NYC, shopping at Costco, Total Wine, Target, and all the great restaurants nearby. Also, the many rooms and bathrooms were such a big convenience for our group of 9! Finally, this home’s gas stove and large fridge was perfect to accommodate our random dinners at home. Fyi: there are large wine glasses perfect for pinot and/or cab wine enjoyment along with wine openers, not to mention nice knives and cookware!

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great location. Easy access to Manhattan. Very helpful host. Clean apartment. Will definitely stay here again when visiting NY. Very enjoyable experience.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
