Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Patisia, Athens

Wonderful accommodation, wonderful space. Modern with incredible quiet and a wonderful courtyard that makes you think you are not in Korydallos. Everything is wonderful.

Everything went super well. The hosts were easy and kind. The place was clean (a little too clean 😅 for me because I don’t seem to go well with highly scented sheets but the problem was rectified easily). It’s central and super convenient to anywhere. The kitchen is really well equipped too!

If you are looking for a place that has everything you possibly need within a short walking distance and everything you need to be productive (gigabit fiber optics, PC monitors and keyboards, standing desk, etc), look no further! And if you want to see any of the touristic sites in and around Athens, the metro stop is just a short walk away. I had an urgent medical issue to treat and Yorgos really went above and beyond to help me get treated at a nearby clinic; he is an exceptionally caring person. My stay at Yorgos' apartment was one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb experiences I have had after being on this platform for over 10 years. Highly recommended.

Matias and Leo's place was the perfect cosy space for a solo getaway. The flat is just minutes from Sepolia metro station (10 minutes into the city) and the local supermarket. I enjoyed eating and exercising out on the terrace, and could tell from all the little details that the place is well cared for. There's also a laundrette nearby, and a drying rack on the terrace which proved handy during my stay. What stood out for me was the hospitality of the hosts. Leo was incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs: he allowed me to check in early as there was an incoming storm, and even kindly located a yoga mat when I asked if there was one at the flat. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay, which is rare to see in Airbnbs nowadays. Thank you Leo and Matias for a wonderful addition to my Athenian experience!

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

This was a great location to stay that wasn’t a far metro ride to the main attractions in Athens. We just had a little trouble getting in the first night because the code on the door wasn’t working. However, Ioannis was very responsive and was able to get us a key that we used for the duration of our stay! Definitely recommend.

Everything was as expected and we had a comfortable night here. Lovely to have the terrace spaces on both floors of the apartment too. Would happily stay again 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Antonio's penthouse. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace. The apartment itself is small but very well equipped. We had everything we needed and immediately felt comfortable. Antonio was a caring host and always there for us. The location is not far from the metro and we could walk to the bus station in 20 minutes. If we come to Athens again, we would like to stay here again. The value is great. Thank you for everything!

This apartment is sparking clean, confortable bed, confortable sofa, equipped with everything you need: kitchen basic, washing machine, kettle, coffe machine and more. There’s a lift. Wi-Fi works great. Fast enough. You can work there. Instant hot water for a good shower. Metro is 100m away (and no noise of train). 10 mn direct to Monastiraki (center with historical sites). Supermarket and everything you need at the Metro station. And host Anastasia is lovely, very welcoming, always trying to help. Thank you so much:-) I recommend this place 100%.

We stayed 2 nights at this cute flat in Kypseli and we really enjoyed it. Although the location is quite central, we had 2 quiet nights which we appreciated. Its a nice place for a local Kypseli experience.
