We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed in a great location.

everything was perfect, and even if it was a bit far from the city centre there is a metro stop near the apartment.

It was all very well it was quiet , the apartment is on the back side does not see a noisy street,the upper Patisia is a good area and very close to the center. The apartment is right next to the train station and has everything from amenities the location. Cafe, grocery store, caba and a store with an already grocery store, kiosk, and food nearby on foot. The apartment is very decent and clean. I recommend it for a couple comfortably.

Good stay in Athens. House was big and the hosts was very responsive! The house was also cleaned every week which was great

Spent 5 nights here, had a great time. We walked everywhere and found it really easy to get around. Kypseli was fun to explore and had lots of good places to eat. Vlasios's apartment is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Although the entrance is on a busy street, you can't hear noise from inside. We would stay again!

Alexandros is a great host. The apartment offers everything one needs. It is close to the Metro Station Kato Patissia and the neighborhood is safe. There is a super tasty Bangladeshi restaurant about five minutes away. We will gladly come back!

Alexandros has a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The private patio is peaceful and spacious, perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying an espresso and book in the morning. Highly recommend as it is minutes from the train station!

The Greek experience was totally successful, especially thanks to this studio that made us feel at home. Evangelia was very responsive and made us feel comfortable!! I highly recommend it!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

My partner and I stayed in Athens for 5 days and this place was perfect! Vasileios gave clear, proactive instructions and there was flexible check in. The train station was about a 2 minute walk down the road, and a 40 minute walk from the Acropolis and Syntagma Square. The apartment was spotless, had extra pillows/towel etc, and had a washing machine and clothes line (over the balcony) that we were able to use. The self check-in was easy. We didn’t have to contact Vasileios at all during our stay because he was so organised, but when we contacted him prior his response time was great! He also gave instructions on easy ways to get around :)

The place was spotless and the location is fantastic, less than a 2-minute walk from the station! The heated bed sheets were an incredible bonus, especially during colder nights. Elena and Theo were very responsive and made everything easy.

Amazing stay! I was in Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far my favorite Airbnb the entire trip. The apartment is really nice and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. It's located in a busy area so there's a lot to do nearby, and the apartment is surprisingly really quiet throughout the day and night. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Thank you for making my birthday trip to Athens so memorable! The apartment was really well set up, clean, quiet, and comfy. The aircon was a treat in the summer heat, and the view over the park and Lycabettus Hill was a lovely bonus. Akis was hands down one of the most responsive, friendly, and thoughtful hosts I’ve ever come across. You can really tell he cares about making people feel welcome, and his local restaurant recommendation was absolutely spot on. There’s something quite special about staying somewhere where the host is not only helpful but genuinely proud to share the local gems with you. Thanks again, Akis, hope to return one day!

The apartment was great for our stay! It is very modern, the bathroom and the bed are the highlights, very clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night but it was a great place and Gerasimos was always helpful, e.g. for ordering a taxi for us when we left. Would gladly stay at this place again.

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
