Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Patisia, Athens

The apartment was as expected, top notch and beautifully finished with many amenities not always found in an AirBnB. If I may suggest, a small bottle of water and a few sachets of coffee will make the stay great for late night arrivals like myself, otherwise can't complain.

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Easy, clean, central, private, and safe. A great place to have as a home base in the Exarchia neighborhood. Host was fantastic and responsive! Really paid attention to the small details. For example, in the bathroom, there are plenty of hooks, counter space, instant hot water, and a bidet attachment (unexpected plus!). Lots of outlets and closet place, good lighting in all rooms, and fast wifi. Great amenities in the apartment overall and well laid out.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing apartment in Athens! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly silent in the night even though it’s located just steps away from the Acropolis and right in the heart of the city (plaka). You couldn’t ask for a better location, with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable we had the best sleep ever! The host, Miltos, was absolutely wonderful. He helped us to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, he was always available, and responded to messages almost instantly. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and he even provided us with a list of recommended restaurants— all great options unfortunately, we couldn’t try them all because we stayed only 3 days! Miltos was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much Miltos! we will definitely be back! This is hands down the best place to stay in Athens!

The place was very well decorated and felt homey. Konstantina was very clear in her instructions and accommodated to our change in check in times. Definitely recommend!

Loved my stay at this one-bedroom apartment in Kolonaki! The place was super clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. There was a lovely little balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee, and I could even see the Acropolis from the bedroom—such a memorable detail. Check-in was smooth, and the Chris was incredibly responsive—made everything feel effortless. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of a high-end neighborhood full of great restaurants, designer boutiques, and cozy cafés. I was able to walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the Ancient Agora site with ease. It’s the perfect base for exploring Athens while still enjoying a peaceful and upscale vibe.

Truly one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in, definitely the best in many years. Central, right in the middle of everything, but somehow still amazingly quiet. The place is so cozy, and the balcony is so relaxing. Will definitely be back. Francee was great, and the place was even better than the pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The hosts were more than responsive! Any questions were quickly answered, local recommendations were provided and when we left credit cards behind there was no problem having them sent to us. I highly recommend Loannis and the co-hosts!

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

This accomodation was phenomenal. it was accurate to the pictures and an ideal location. after a busy day we felt like we were coming home.

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Irene is very easy to communicate with and this cute place is well-stocked and close to everything you want to see and do in Athens. We had a fantastic stay!

Cet appartement est parfait pour rester quelques jours à Athènes. Situé à Thissio, qui est à la fois un quartier calme, doté de restaurants vraiment sympa, et où on a tout sous la main. Le métro vous emmène jusqu'au Pirée si besoin et à 10 minutes, vous pouvez allez à la station Monastraki à pieds pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Je recommande vraiment : l'appartement est nickel, confortable, la rue est calme (et c'est un sujet à Athènes :)) et Oresti s'est montré très aidant sur tous les sujets. Bref, réservez sans hésiter.

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Place was super clean and exactly like the photos. Bus and metro stops are 5 mins away, so getting around is easy. Main spots like the Acropolis and port are a bit far, but manageable. Manos was extremely helpful, gave solid local tips, and let us check in early — really appreciated that.

Natasa and Sotiris were wonderful hosts! Very quick responses to any questions we had during our stay and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, as everything was walkable. The apartment is also right near a subway stop, so we were able to easily access public transit as well. We felt very welcome and appreciated by the hosts. Highly recommend!!
