The mansion was built by wealthy merchants in the mid 1800's. It is close to the harbor of Skala, restaurants and dining, offers great views to the harbor and the monastery of St John. You’ll love my place because of its unique and genuine 19th century ambiance combined with luxury amenities. The house is good for couples and families (with kids) and can host 6 people. NOTE: you can rent this mansion along with the other house annexed to it, listed as Dimitris's Lux 1800's stone house.

Our stone house is located just 1 km from the port and less than 1 km from the Holy Cave of the Revelation of St. John. It overlooks the Icarian Sea with wonderful sunsets, but also the port of Skala. It has a private parking space and can accommodate 3-6 people. It includes a reception area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a single living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has A/C, WiFi, cable TV and a washing machine.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
