Welcome to my studio page on the ground floor of my house in the beautiful village of Patrimonio. After 2 years of refining it, I suggest you spend a few days there rather than one night. In order to enjoy the world-renowned vineyard trails, the beautiful beaches of Saint Florent and Farinole, and the river flowing through the village. But also my outdoor space where you can read, have lunch, stroll and cook on the barbecue or in the wood-fired oven.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.

Charmant studio de 17 m² en rez-de-chaussée, attenant à un gîte. Kitchenette équipée (lave-linge, frigo, micro-ondes, plaque électrique), TV, planche et fer à repasser. Terrasse privative avec barbecue, climatisation et accès à la piscine du propriétaire. À noter : l’accès peut nécessiter quelques manœuvres, l’entrée étant un peu complexe. Nous serons présents à votre arrivée pour vous guider.

The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.

My accommodation is close to St Florent and its "wonderful beaches". You can enjoy a beautiful fenced swimming pool, closed with alarm. In the very beautiful Patrimonio vineyard, the apartment is very comfortable; air conditioning, with terrace, barbecue, gardens, wifi... we are at your disposal "attention: some stairs" rental only from Saturday to Saturday July and August.
