Holiday rentals with a patio in Pauanui

Great location ,close to beach and 1 block from eateries,bars and town centre.We had 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom plus all facilities you could require (we were 7 days in to a 17 Day North Island holiday.)Very clean double storey apartment ,modern amenities

Lovely modern home on river by beach. Beautiful, quiet. Enjoyed kayaking from house to house wish we stayed longer!

We had a lovely stay! Steph was warm, helpful, and readily available throughout our visit. The space was beautiful with stunning views and a fantastic location. While some aspects of the home are a little dated and could benefit from an update, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

Great location Very clean was ideal for a stopover in whitianga. one thing to improve is lacking drier for clothes Else the rest was very good

We had a fabulous stay for the Beach Hop. The location is perfect for a super close walk to town and the views from the house are just beautiful with the beach just across the lawn. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We had a hiccough with no loo paper to start with but that got sorted. Please note there is just one loo upstairs.

Gorgeous place to stay, close to the supermarkets, beautiful surroundings, definitely would recommend to friends.

Great bach with lots of space, worked for our family group perfectly (including our two dogs - really appreciate you being pet friendly). Liked that the kitchen/lounge area was upstairs to take advantage of the view. Loved the window seat and the outdoor shower was very handy after being at the beach. Proximity to the beach was great too. Responsive comms throughout with the host. Otama Bay is such a special place, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and the views out back were stunning! Sean was very communicative and willing to assist if we needed anything! Hoping to plan a trip to come back again!

We absolutely loved our long weekend at the great escape Whitianga, the house had everything we needed for a fun relaxing family weekend away. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were super comfy and everything was so well set up for all that we needed! Nice private backyard for the kids to play and the spa was lovely in the cooler evenings. We can’t wait to come back!

A stunning whare to stay for a retreat away from the business of life. Loved waking up to the tūī singing in the surrounding bush. Good privacy, peaceful environment, beautiful decor, and very close to the beach and local bush walks. We left feeling very refreshed and rested. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for others to enjoy!

We just loved this place! It’s really homely and welcoming. The view from the deck is unbelievable. Our kids really enjoyed staying here and it feels really safe.

Julie was a great host! Her home is literally on the beachfront so great to place to go for a quick swim and picnic right outside from your stay. Child friendly as well - my toddler enjoyed all the toys available for the beach. Large bedrooma with two facing the beach front for amazing views and waking up to the sound of the waves. Large kitchen with all amenities found. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back sometime soon!

Lovely home with everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Awesome outdoor space. Beautiful large windows overlooking Onemana, the beach and provided great sunlight. Had everything we needed. Spacious and very clean. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

What an amazing house in an incredible location. The views were beautiful . The beach a quick walk - so easy swimming and beachcombing. Great location and close to the New Chums Beach and Cathedral Cove. The house was clean and well furnished and equipped. Wish we has been able to stay longer.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.
