Apartment 36 is a luxury Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. The Apartment has a new designer kitchen with new appliances and is well equipped. There is Weber bbq on the balcony with gas supplied. There is unlimited WiFi, Sky TV , a 75" Sony Android Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.

A fantastic getaway, this place has it all. Relax on the rear deck and watch some golf, listen to the birds and wildlife as you enjoy the area with the golf course at your door step. This spacious modern house, set in a tranquil settling away from the crazy hustle and bustle yet only 8 mins to Pauanui Beach for a swim and to the shops. A practice putting green on the back lawn. Enjoy a game at the internationally renowned golf course. There are 2 pools (summer), gym, table tennis, tennis courts.
