Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pavia

Modern, clean and comfortable. We had a very good stay here. Check in was easy and friendly. The home is spacious and having 2 modern bathrooms was great. Good water pressure. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking, both in the lot next store and on the street. We didn't cook, but if we had, the kitchen had everything needed including cooking basics . The water and juice in the refrigerator were a wonderful treat as we arrived on a hot day! As far as location, it was a bit farther from the places I wanted to visit because I had not taken Milano traffic into consideration, but we liked the area. Center of town a 5 minute walk away and very pretty. A bar/pasticceria where we had breakfast each day on the same street. Alfa Romeo Museum 5 minute drive. To get to Milano we went to Mulino Dorino to take subway because parking was very inexpensive there. Overall, would definitely recommend this home.

Luisa was very friendly and generous! She had provided us with fruit, food and drinks free of charge. At check-in time, she was very understanding and patient because we were stuck in several traffic jams. Thank you again! The location in the old town is great! Absolutely recommended!

For those who want to spend a peaceful time in the Tuscan countryside in a well-appointed and comfortable loft, basking by a well-maintained pool, this is the ideal place! Easy access. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location, but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

We spent two nights at Erika's in Milan. We were received by her mother, a very nice and polite woman, she showed us everything and gave us good tips for the area (restaurants, paths to the city) and was always available to Erika. We arrived by car, which worked very well, the parking lot is in the underground garage. For us, the way to the city center by car was very uncomplicated, there was a metro nearby with a large parking garage. The apartment has two beautiful balconies, on one you can see the sun set beautifully. All in all, we were very satisfied everything was clean, easily accessible and there were good tips for the stay! Definitely recommended for sleeping in Milan!

We thank Laura for welcoming us to her home. We were late, but she waited for us in front of the apartment to show us around. Honestly everything was clean and tidy. The place is located next to Chinatown, where you'll find bars and restaurants. There are tram stops a 5 minute walk to the Duomo or other places in town. Laura made herself available by message for each of our questions. We enjoyed our short stay at Laura's! Thanks again for everything! I would highly recommend it! I stayed in this cozy and quiet apartment while attending a conference in Milan, and it was an excellent experience. Located on the 5th floor of a safe, well-maintained residential complex with an internal garden, the flat is peaceful and ideal for rest or work. It’s well connected by public transport—metro, tram, and bus—with Gerusalemme station just a short walk away. The convention center is about 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is perfect for business travelers: comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, clean and functional space. Despite being near the lively Sempione and Piazza Firenze areas—known for restaurants and happy hours—it remains quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive, answering all my questions quickly and making the stay smooth. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travel.

Undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable Airbnbs in where we have never stayed. We returned home today, but our minds are still there, with the tender and loving welcome from Monica, with that little house with delightful details, with the delicious food, with the swimming pool immersed in a landscape that brings you into contact with a dimension that seems very far from home, but which in reality is not. A meditative place that stimulates you to live the day with presence and slow rhythms. We really believe it was a goodbye and we can't wait to relive the experience. We are already warmly recommending it to many of our friends.

Roberta's accommodation is a small, green, and quiet corner, the street is private so it is very quiet. The place is very clean and well-kept. You wake up to the chirping of birds. Roberta is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

I had a great time staying at this place. Was very comfortable and low-key. The fridge and pantry was well stocked. And I may even stop by on the way back.

Stayed here for one night due to the amazing location near the airport. Grazia offered to pick me up from the airport as there was no public transport available at the time of my arrival. She was also very helpful with local recommendations and tips. The room was very clean and matched the pictures perfectly. Would definitely stay here again, best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far!

Just a stellar stay with Stefania from beginning to end! She was kind, communicative, and responsive to messages; she was also all smiles checking us in and showing us around. The room itself was colorful and a delight to be in! Bathroom was clean and modern, all things felt well-kept and comfortable. There's a cute cafe nearby and a fenced (!!!!) park for children within walking distance. All was perfect for our stay and I can't recommend it enough! Would absolutely stay again. This was the perfect place for us to spend a few days after the long journey from Australia. A lovely quiet little spot nice and close to the airport. We utilised Marco’s shuttle from the airport, for a return trip in to the city, and then to the station on departure which was fabulous. A good variety of breakfast options and we were delighted to have the room serviced including beds made - that is a first for us with Airbnb. Marco was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. Highly recommend!!!
