Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of a small village, 5 minutes from the shops with walks around Lake Ganguise within walking distance. Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. Stay in the Cottage du Manoir near Lac de la Ganguise (Entire and air-conditioned accommodation). Enjoy the tranquility the environment has to offer 🍃 The accommodation is completely separate from our residence. You will find everything you need for your stay (kitchen, bathroom, outdoor areas...). A relaxing weekend or a week of exploring the area? You've found a perfect and comfortable pied-à-terre for any occasion!

Small nest under the oaks

Nestled under the trees with views of the Pyrenees, the Pibounid is a remarkable vantage point for the surrounding landscapes and nature. Built in a wooden frame on an agricultural trailer base, it is a real little house. Particularly well insulated (wood wool and cellulose wadding) and equipped with a wood stove, it is habitable in any season and will offer you magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains in winter.
