In the middle of the countryside, studio adjoining my house, with independent entrance, including a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a shower room with Italian shower and private terrace. The 10m X 5m swimming pool, sunbeds, is shared with myself. Dining shelter equipped with a plancha, table + 4 chairs. Ping pong table. We are located in Belvès at 10kms, charming medieval village, Castelnaud at 10kms, Domme at 18kms, Sarlat at 20kms. The pool is open in late May.

It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Renovated 18th century stone dovecote, with a wooden terrace facing the bastide of Monpazier 1 km away, with its shops, medical practice and emergency services. View of Biron Castle 10 km away. The Dordogne and Vezère valleys where there are several castles and various historical and archaeological sites, boat trips on the Dordogne, Sarlat. More information upon arrival. Beautiful cave house in La Roque Gageac.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.
