Apartment holiday rentals in Payson

We loved our stay. Being there for two weeks means we really got to know the area and relaxed into the home. Beds were comfy, furnishings and bathroom were great. Because of the longevity of our stay we felt the kitchen was perhaps the only thing a bit under-equipped, but do understand this perhaps not such an issue for shorter term stays perhaps. We would definitely stay again!

Bob was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house was also super clean and cozy, we felt right at home and it was the perfect getaway for our vacation.

Beautiful and secluded location; and easy driving distance to Sedona without all the hustle and bustle of the tourist center. Had a slight issue that arouse at the rental. But Sarah and Angela were fantastic and very responsive and did everything they could to make things right. 10/10, will definitely be back when we get another long weekend to go visit Sedona again.

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

Pam’s place was great. It looked nice on the website but was even better than expected in person. It is very spacious, up to date, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The place keeps very cool as well, it was 90+ degrees most days and we didn’t use the air conditioning once. The bed is super comfy and the curtains block out almost all light, making it the perfect place to get a great night’s sleep. Also a great view from the outdoor patio. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Angie’s the best. The place was quaint & cozy. A very comfortable stay down a private road. Close to shops, places to eat & scenic routes.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, so relaxing and peaceful. Our hosts pay so much attention to detail from the pillow menu to the fully applianced kitchen. Everything was spotless and the home has a great atmosphere. The highlight for sure was the outdoor fireplace watching the sunset. Thank you to our amazing hosts for a warm welcome, my husband and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean place with extra blankets and very comfortable bed. We love the sound of the creek outside. And the sense of privacy was very appealing. Great stay!

Very beautiful space and surroundings. Denise was attentive. Would go back again.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable, well kept, large apartment. It is on a main street but it’s on the second floor and really the street never got too busy. There are a lot of steps to get to the front door. The view from the back porch is great. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, large master bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, foodstuffs, lots of counter space. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect little place for two! Easy to find and get into! The host is very responsive and helpful with everything! Very clean and had all amenities listed! Super cute! Would recommend for your stay in payson easy drive to pine or strawberry for pretty hikes.

I enjoyed my stay. Very cute one bedroom. I was much more comfortable here than a at a motel.

Paula's Cozy Retreat was just that! Tucked away up a canyon, the apartment is new and lovely, built in the upstairs of a large workshop on their property. You wouldn't know it except for looking at the door in front. It was as advertised, great place to get away from the noise, or be a home base for a day ride on our SxS. Although Paula was busy hosting her family party, she was still attentive and communicated timely. We saw deer and elk along the way, which was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, she had every utensil available if you want to cook your own meals. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and thank you for the fresh eggs, they were delicious! We WILL be back Paula!
