Monthly Rentals in Payyampally

Was a pleasant stay, the caretaker Manoj was very helpful and the home cooked Kerala food was delicious. Also has a fully functional kitchen. Has some good sight seeings nearby. For local sight seeing and Wayanad it’s great. For Kabini / nagarhole safari would not recommend as the forest road closes from 6pm-6am, we were not aware and had to reach the place back with 100km detour. Overall it’s a nice peaceful place to spend with family.

My family and I (including our two curious cats, Bow and Yoongi) had an absolutely delightful stay at the villa... From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully the property was maintained. Location is excellent as we never had to travel very far to go to any tourist attractions. Our cats really enjoyed as they roamed safely in the enclosed yard, which can be tricky sometimes. Breakfast each morning was a treat with yummy home food. Especial thanks to Yathee who went above and beyond—providing local tips and recommendations and checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking to explore Wayanad with family and pets...

The villa was amazing it was beautiful, looked exactly like pictures, clean and peaceful. The view was mesmerizing. Although it was raining the whole time Calvin suggested us an itinerary which was suitable for the weather. He was polite and really helpful from check in - tour guide - till check out. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone who wants to visit waynad. The stay is near by to all the tourist places. It was worth every penny. I would definitely visit this place again🤍

Very friendly and super helpful caretaker - Mr. Matthew. Suggested places to visit, places to find things we needed especially with the dinner and breakfast. Private property and beautifully constructed with all the latest and modern amenities, all well maintained as well. Didn't find short of any utensils as well. We enjoyed the swing and the fields right in front of the stay! We also enjoyed and had a lovely family time playing carrom and watching movies. Surprisingly the stay had an amazing wifi and Netflix subscription! Which is very rare in stay. We were even able to watch a full movie. Not like those who promise and find out that there's 2G connection only. Overall a wonderful stay and we enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend this stay.
