The location is fantastic, quiet, about 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of drive to the villa can be freed of possible snow in the winter (eviction service). The villa is ideal for a break also for 2 families.

If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.
