Holiday rentals with beach access in Pefkali

I absolutely loved my stay. I was greeted with so much warmth and kindness by Vangelis who showed Nina’s home thoroughly to me and introduced Poros as an island. Nina’s home felt cozy and comfortable from the get go. I loved reading my book and overlooking the view from the balcony and having many restaurants at an arms reach. The hosts remained communicative all throughout my stay and helped me whenever I had some travel-related questions. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting Poros.

We had an amazing time in Aegina, in large part because we stayed here. The place was clean, beautiful, relaxing, and private without being too far away from the main town. Our hosts were extremely helpful, providing recommendations for the area, quickly replying to questions, and even letting us check in early (which really helped us adjust after a long day of travel). If you’re going to Aegina, this is the place to stay at. Definitely would return and would recommend!

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Η Louise μας απαντούσε πάντα και γρήγορα σε ότι απορία είχαμε και ήταν πάντα ευγενική σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε για την διαμονή μας. Παρείχε σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και μάλιστα επειδή φτάναμε βράδυ ήταν διαθέσιμη να την καλέσουμε αν μπερδευόμασταν αλλά τελικά δεν χρειάστηκε. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αντίστοιχο με τις φωτογραφίες και οι περιγραφή της Louise ταίριαζε απόλυτα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και θέση στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητό μας. Είναι σε μια όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία οχι μπροστά στην παραλία αλλά σε 5' με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στις ταβέρνες και τα καφέ, ενώ η διαδρομή είναι ευχάριστη μέσα στο χωριό.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location for those wanting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life but still close enough to Aegina Port. The apartment is just as described and in the photos however I agree with another review that the apartment appears slightly bigger than it actually is in the photos. There is ample space for two in the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining but could be a bit tight for 4 adults if not able to use the lovely outside space for relaxing due to bad weather (sadly, it does happen even on this beautiful island,!) Lots of hot water whenever needed for showers which have great water pressure. There are local tavernas serving delicious traditional meals and beach bars just around the corner along with a small supermarket. Alkis is the perfect host, who was very responsive and helpful and would definitely recommend his apartment. Thank you Alkis and hope to return again one day ☺️

Anastasia is an exceptional and thoughtful host. Her studio is exactly as pictured and is one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. The patio enhances the studio with privacy and a comfortable place to eat or relax among her plantings. The location is a short walk from the ferry and walkable for beach, port , shopping and restaurants. She sent specific instructions for entry and many tips on enjoying our stay. Also sent us up to date ferry schedules reducing the stress of getting there. Highly recommended!! Thank you Anastasia.

Wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice restaurants at walking distance and free parking on the street. Our flight arrived late at night and Michail had been checking in to ensure easy checkin. Looking forward to future stays.

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

Kostas home was lovely. It was pristine and beautifully decorated. It was in a suburban area, away from the crowds, with a wide pedestrian area out the front. There was a cafe and supermarket in easy walking distance. It was a short drive to several amazing beaches, we traveled in early June, it was warm enough to swim but the beaches were lovely and quiet. Kostas and Elena were very friendly, responsive and attentive hosts.

I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

Betty et son compagnon sont adorables ☺️. Superbe accueil, maison spacieuse, propre et calme, avec literie de qualité. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et idéal pour se détendre. Betty était très disponible, rendant le check-in et check-out faciles. Une voiture est nécessaire car c'est un peu en dehors de la ville. Je recommande vivement ce séjour !

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Da sie im Souterrain liegt ist sie recht dunkel, so dass man auch tagsüber eher mal das Licht anmacht. Aber auch das war wie beschrieben. Für uns war es perfekt, weil es sehr nah am Strand war, was wir genossen haben. Ausserdem liegt sie in einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren Mitte/Ende Mai hier für 2 Übernachtungen, um uns unter anderem das antike Korinth anzuschauen. Dafür war es perfekt! Außerdem kann man auch auf der Terrasse sitzen, um im „Hellen“ zu sein. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Souterrain-Lage im Hochsommer auch ein grosser Vorteil ist, da sie dann vermutlich schön kühl ist. Es gab ausserdem Obst und Selbstgebackenes zur Begrüßung und im Kühlschrank Wasser, Margarine und Marmelade sowie Zwieback-artiges Brot und Kaffepulver, Tee etc.! Alles in allem: für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir würden es wieder machen!

Eugenia is the nicest host one could hope for. The house is spotless, and everything in it is brand new. The kids loved the garden (as did the parents). We found the place quite easily with Eugenia's instructions. One tiny issue is that the local takeaways have trouble finding the place... but if you're not going to order in, then hands down, this is the nicest house in the area.

Μειναμε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημενοι! Ηταν ολα ακριβως οπως περιγραφονται, πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο με τα ποδια, με πολλα καταστηματα/καφε/σουπερμαρκετ/εστιατορια τριγυρω. Πολυ ευκολη προσβαση και πολυ φιλοξενος χωρος. Ολα πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημένα. Εξαιρετικη η οικοδεσποινα, πολυ φιλικη και επικοινωνιακη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφυλαχτα! Ευχαριστουμε για ολα :)

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around.
