Villa holiday rentals in Pefkali

Αυτή ήταν η πρώτη μας επίσκεψη στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, για την οποία γνωρίζαμε ελάχιστα. Μείναμε μόνο πέντε ημέρες και φυσικά(!) στο τέλος δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε. Την επόμενη φορά που θα επιστρέψουμε (μπορεί να συμβεί και πριν το επόμενο καλοκαίρι) ελπίζω να καταλάβουμε αν μας μάγεψε η περιοχή ή το σπίτι. Προς το παρόν, θεωρούμε το σπίτι ως προορισμό, από μόνο του! Δεν είναι μόνο η διαρρύθμιση, η διακόσμηση, η θέα, τα μπαλκόνια διαφόρων προσανατολισμών (για διαφορετικές ώρες), η ευρυχωρία, η άνεση, η καθαριότητα, οι παροχές και πολλές λεπτομέρειες που δεν βρίσκεις κανονικά σε ένα ενοικιαζόμενο κατάλυμα. Είναι ότι είχαμε την εντύπωση ότι οι οικοδεσπότες άφησαν το σπίτι των ονείρων τους σε εμάς για να ευχαριστηθούμε. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιονδήποτε έχει βαρεθεί τον υπερ-τουρισμό και ζητάει ήσυχες και ποιοτικές διακοπές μέσα στο πράσινο και σε καθαρές (βοτσαλωτές) παραλίες. (Φυσικά σε απόσταση περίπου μίας ώρας μπορεί να βρεί ... ότι άλλο θέλει).

L’abitazione è, senza ombra di dubbio, meravigliosa. Ogni stanza della casa è pulita ed è presente ogni tipo di comfort. Anche l’esterno è molto curato e pulito. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di problema. Non posso fare altro che consigliare questa abitazione per tutti coloro che vogliono relax e privacy sentendosi comunque come a casa propria.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Place was fantastic great view! Host was very detailed with all info needed. Have never received so detailed info in the past. From how to find the house up to nearby stores and restaurants. Overall very happy with our staying , definitely worth its money!

Our host was amazing. The house is beautiful. Our host told us a great restaurant for dinner and a bakery for breakfast. Would recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Panos. The view is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sea and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The beach just below the villa was perfect, and Panos gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home right away. The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time there! We would love to come back.

We stayed 10 days at Alex's Villa. It was absolutely amazing! Great view over the saronian gulf, small and large amoni beach. Both the beaches are a good starting point for snorkeling. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The villa is also a good starting point for discovering the east of Peloponnes. We visited Korinthos, Mykene, Nafplio, Korfos and Epidavros. One day we spent to see Athens of course. The area is very quite and chilly. We liked that a lot. There is one great restaurant in walking distance. We spend most of the evenings there. Alex and his mother are always available in case of questions. The house has everything that you need when traveling with kids - pool! ;), washing machine, dish washer, ... We really liked it a lot and would love to come back one day.

We stayed at this beautiful villa as a family to enjoy some holiday time together and celebrate a birthday — and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is absolutely stunning and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The view is breathtaking, and the location is ideal — close to charming villages, great tavernas, supermarkets, cafés, and beautiful beaches. The hosts were incredibly kind, always available, and went above and beyond with helpful recommendations and support. You can really feel that it’s a family home, now open for others to enjoy — and we truly did. We’re so grateful for this special stay and would absolutely love to come back.

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Konstantinos! Location was great, we didn't have a car so just walked into town and to the port very easily but the villa was in a peaceful location. Konstantinos helped us organise a tour of a pistachio farm and was very friendly. If we are ever in Aegina again we would definitely come back!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία, εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης μας εξήγησε όλες τις λειτουργίες του σπιτιού και τα της περιοχής! Φιλοξένησε άνετα 10 άτομα. Υπέροχη θέα το βράδυ από την πισίνα με φόντο το φωτιζόμενο κάστρο !

Aggelos was incredibly friendly and helpful, the home was beautiful and full of everything you need to feel right at home! We had a stunning stay with tasty food within walking distance and an even better beach practically at the foot of the stairs!

הבית של מריה במיקום מעולה, עם חוף פרטי יפיפה! יש בבית כל מה שצריך לחופשה משפחתית מושלמת. מריה היא מארחת יוצאת דופן! היתה זמינה לכל עניין וסייעה לנו מאוד. הבית מאובזר היטב, עם המון פינות ישיבה בחצר. השהות אצל מריה היתה נפלאה, גן עדן פרטי בדיוק כמו בתמונות. נחזור שוב בשנה הבאה!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Godelieve's place was fantastic. She was super communicative, helped us arrange a rental car (which will be needed to get to a local town as taxis are hard to come by), and made us feel right at home. Beyond that, the home itself is great. Everyone had room to do their own thing individually and there were plenty of communal spaces that feel comfortable and intimate. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing time off the Greece coast.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk or quick drive away. The hosts were absolutely amazing—super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The property itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What a magical villa! This was a highlight of our trip to Greece, the villa itself is beautiful and perfect for a family - spacious, modern, clean and the view is incredible. The manager is lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again!

Firstly Katrina and Dimitri were a delight. The villa is in the most stunning location and was fully equipped with everything you needed, The photos do not fully do it justice. Some additional usual information The Lefka campsite just below the villa were happy for us to visit their restaurant/bar which has a great menu and stunning view. We simply explained where we were staying ( directly above it) and they were happy. The walk to Vivari is not as scary as it looks. Walk both ways on the sea side of the road and when cars come along they all make a lot of space for you. We did it about 20 times and never had an issue even at night. It isn’t very busy and you can hear the cars from a long way away. Vivari has wonderful restaurants, especially the two on the beach and Borelis. Visit Maria's supermarket in Drepanou as she is great. Nafplio is wonderful. Visit both Epidavros theatre and Mycenae castle (3,500 years old) Ask Katrina and Dimitri for a great reliable taxi driver.

Dit huis is het einde, wát een mooie dagen hebben wij als gezin beleefd in deze fantastische villa! Wij werden super opgevangen en het speelgoed voor onze zoon stond al klaar. Overal is over nagedacht en het was ook brandschoon. Het contact met George en Lenia was heel vertrouwd, wij voelden ons erg thuis en ze waren heel lief voor ons. Aan het einde kregen we een mooi presentje mee wat ons altijd zal bijblijven. Niet noodzakelijk, maar het persoonlijke en warme contact zorgt net voor die extra beleving. Bedankt voor de onvergetelijke ervaring!
