Apartment spacious, clean and with everything you need. Very cozy space. Convenient location for anyone who has to attend a class at the CMA and is not from Genoa.

I felt good. The owner is a kind and helpful person. Very convenient private parking. The bus stop is just outside the gate and the train station is a few minutes' walk away.

Guido is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment is very good and well organized. Location is great with one downside: at times, hard to find parking lot. Other than that, everything else was great.

I had a great stay at Biagia's place. I was allowed to check in a little earlier than expected because my plane was quite early. The apartment is spacious , very clean and comfortable with an excellent bed…..The kitchen is spotless. The apartment is close to the railway, but there is double glazing everywhere and you will get used to the trains quickly. That certainly didn't take away from the fun of my stay. The apartment is minutes from the lungomare and the beach. Very nice. Within very short walking distance supermarkets and the small station where you can quickly travel to the center of Genoa and take the airport shuttle at the next stop. Pegli is really a breath of fresh air to come back in the evening and take a walk on the Lungomare or choose a pleasant restaurant. Ideal to stay for a week. I recommend it 200%!
