The 2-storey holiday home with sun collectors consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom, a storage room and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

The apartment is located in a stone house in the small village of Peio, at 1584 meters above sea level, within the Stelvio National Park, in Val di Sole, a land of thermal waters and amazing mountains from which you can have beautiful panoramic views of the valley. From the village you can also leave without a car for more demanding walks or hikes. In the nearby village (2 km away) there are the thermal baths. There are restaurants, bars and minimarkets in the village.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
