Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pelayos de la Presa

It was great. A secluded place full of privacy in the middle of nature. A nice swimming pool, spacious rooms and everything looked super neat. Very nice place to stay. Emmanuelle responds quickly and is very friendly. We will definitely come back!

We went to spend a week as a family with small children and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, with very nice views, very quiet and has everything you need, very well equipped to spend days. Guillermo the owner has been charming and all the time waiting to make our stay pleasant. We felt at home. Would I repeat it? Without a doubt, as soon as I can, I will.

Amazing place. The house is integrated into nature, surrounded by ash trees, oaks, gall oaks... Birds and rocks. Very peaceful. The house is a good size, not very large and tastefully decorated. There are many details to make you feel at home. We were able to use the pool, which provided a lot of fun. Very attentive hosts. We left delighted.

Every corner is meticulously cared for, and not a single item of kitchenware is missing, so if you forget something, don't worry: you've got it here. A wonderful place at the perfect distance from everything. In front of the Opera, two blocks from the Gran Via and fully changeable, shops and restaurants. The vibrant tourist Madrid in all its splendor from this place. We took it to rest on a stopover between Africa and America and we had two nights of perfect rest. It's two floors up, but it's worth it for the comfort and good taste of the apartment, the magnificent furnishings. Thank you very much for having us, we rested and had a great time. The whole team is very formal.

Very clean. Spic and span. Latest appliances. Cute goodies like small cakes. Cheerful messages and paintings on walls. Fresh clean bedsheets and comforters.

There were 3 of us and we were very happy with David's apartment, we recommend it! Very spacious, well decorated, central and with all the necessary implements for cooking, in the bathroom, closets, etc. Despite having windows with natural light, it can be a little dark since it is in a basement so if you need 100% natural light maybe it is not your place. We were a little nervous about the comments about the bathroom, but the truth is that it was much better than we expected. It has a glass door with a blurred effect and also a screen that you can put up for more privacy. The space is very spacious, technological, with air conditioning and the truth is that 10/10. David was also very attentive, always answered all our questions and left us a complimentary breakfast that we appreciated a lot because we arrived late at the apartment.

We stayed here while attending a congress and it was super clean and comfortable. Nice decor too.... Thanks for hosting us! Only thing we would recommend is to install a new mattress on the single bed as it's very uncomfortable. We hope to be back :)

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

We stayed in this small apartment and the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. Although it is not large, it is very cozy and is perfectly equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, but a stone's throw from the center of the historic center, which allowed us to move easily without giving up rest. In addition, getting there was very easy, and now with the heat, you want to get there as soon as possible to take refuge. During our stay, we were in constant contact with the host, who was charming and very attentive. It was clear that he really cares about his guests. As a detail that we greatly appreciated, he left breakfast prepared for us on the last day before our departure. A gesture that makes a difference! We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation to anyone who is thinking of visiting the area. We are already looking forward to returning. 😊

We spent a few friends over the weekend in this amazing house. It is a home, modern and cozy, we felt right at home, we recommend it 100%. Clean, tidy, comfortable... If you have to put a "but", I would say that the pillows should be improved, they are very soft and the house at night was a little cold, the temperature is always at 22°, but it was a little cold in the common areas, at night most slept with some blanket above. Regardless of this, everything was amazing.

A wonderful few days with friends staying at this beautiful villa in Becerril de la Sierra. Very modern, spotless villa with great amenities as described. Accommodating and friendly hosts who have great local recommendations. Would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay at VistaMadrid. We had a brilliant time using the pool and the interior is amazing. We loved having meals outside on the terrace and chilling by the pool. The house was equipped with lots of great amenities, and 14 min walk from a supermarket. Easy to find & Fransisco was very welcoming and responsive to any queries throughout the stay. Only downside was the bathroom situation in the loft, as there was no door, just a privacy screen, but we made it work. We struggled with 1 tea towel, so would recommend more. And the decking is uneven and a hazard (my mum did fall & hurt herself). Overall, it was a great stay, and well represented by the pics and description from the Airbnb site. We even managed to check out a bit later due to our flight time & Fransisco being so accommodating. We had a brilliant extra day by the pool, which was very appreciated! Thanks so much for being brilliant hosts, we would definitely stay again!
