Cozy and artsy spacious room with private entrance & full private bathroom in a safe quiet suburban neighborhood surrounded by nature and some wildlife (deer, rabbits, fox). 2 blocks away from bus for NYC. Walking distance from restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundromats, banks, vintage shops, parks and hiking trails. 15min drive from Garden State Plaza. NO SMOKING! We also take cleanliness very seriously and take sanitation precautions by wiping down surfaces. Space is never shared.

Master Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom

Experience a comfortable stay in a well-appointed guest suite featuring a king-sized bed in a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy access to an adjacent room with a twin bed. This room is located on the second floor of our home. You are welcome to use the laundry room. Please note that the king bed is placed in the sloped section of the bedroom. While the bedroom is private, the bathroom is shared with other guests, in my many years of hosting, this has never posed any issues.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

Enjoy a private & quiet bedroom and bathroom in Yonkers. Public transportation is minutes away. Train will take you to Midtown Manhattan in 35-45 minutes. Free and safe parking. Cross County Mall, Yonkers Waterfront, Ridge Hill, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores are close by. Fast WiFi. You have access to a fully-stocked kitchen, living room, dining room & backyard deck. Enjoy outstanding views of the Hudson River and the Palisades directly from your bedroom window.

Master Bedroom & comfort, close to NYC

Conveniently located in the Park Hill area, with easy access to public transportation (close to #4 Bus which goes directly to #4 Subway, and #32 Bus to Metro North, 30 minutes to Grand Central). Huge Master bedroom, with a comfy queen-sized bed, private bath, and plenty of space. Parking space available in the street. Late check-in time needs to be confirmed with host or it won't be allowed.

Small cozy room in historic 1828 Dobbs Ferry home.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small bedroom with a slightly narrower bed with a curtain across the doorway. Please note: I have one cat. So if you are allergic, maybe not a good choice for you. There is no TV in the room.

Midsize private room with full-size bed

This is a private room with a full-size bed with a side table, dressing table, and closet. Inside the closet we have extra blankets, sheets, fan, and heater. In addition, we have also provided the guest with their own small refrigerator, comfy chair, and a table with breakfast.
