Great spot if you want a fun urban feel. So many great restaurants in walking distance! The views out of the loft bedroom at night were beautiful. Hello, Marjorie is a must check out if you enjoy a unique cocktail experience. Highly recommend!!

We arrived late and were relieved to see Denise’s place—it is very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find. Denise is very responsive and was always available before and during our stay. Grinnell is a great spot with a real downtown and lovely college. Denise’s spot is in walking distance to both. The three of us were very comfortable during our stay. The air mattress, by the way, is deluxe. And, the coffee supplies were generous.

The apartment we rented from Midwest Hospitality was close to everything we needed in West Des Moines, it’s extremely spacious and was perfect for a long weekend with my family.

This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! On top that, it was beautifully decorated and comfortable. 10/10 for everything!

What a beautiful, restored, roomie loft apartment! Gorgeous & quiet. Alyssa was wonderful and has thought of everything a guest might need. I was so grateful to be able to bring my cats—it was the main reason I chose this apartment over closer ones 15 miles away & it was completely worth it! The apartment is quite accessible once you climb up the 25 stairs to get in. Just be aware of that. This place has been thoroughly & lovingly renovated into a blend of old and modern & I will definitely be back!

My friend and I walked in and immediately fell in love with it! I loved the outside view. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Such a darling home that was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, welcoming and offered the little touches that made our stay enjoyable. Despite no central AC, there were sufficient window units and portable fans. I would definitely stay again of we were in the area and recommend to others!

Great house in a great location to bars and restaurants. Easy to hop on the interstate to get to other Des Moines neighborhoods as well.

Rose and Jim were very helpful as soon as we booked the air bnb! They were helpful in offering recommendations, ensuring we got in to the air bnb okay and making sure we were comfortable at the home! The pictures were amazingly accurate and had the best decor for the feeling we were going for! The kitchen was even well stocked with more than I expected to be able to find in an Airbnb!

Lovely hosts! Really good location for everything. Peaceful neighbourhood and we saw rabbits and squirrels every morning. The basement is an awesome space if you travel with kids too.

Anthony’s house is really nice and clean. Darn near spotless. He was very responsive when I messaged him. He said he was actively working to deal with the only issue I experienced regarding noise from a nearby property. It was a positive stay overall for me.

Brett’s place is one of our favorite places to stay. It is a very comfortable little house with great spaces to walk dogs. Brett told me about a wonderful Iowa nature trail very close by. It was so peaceful and quiet and my dogs loved it! We always enjoy our stay and Brett is a wonderful, friendly, helpful host! We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for everything Brett, see you next time!

In town with family for a show at Wells Fargo Arena and loved our stay here. Clean, cute and peaceful home with a gorgeous little sunroom and plenty of amenities. Quick drive to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lots of space and beautiful scenery. We probably caught over 100 fish! We had great nights by the fire with plenty of wood and seating. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were more than comfortable. We loved our stay and enjoyed being outdoors and away from the daily routine living life like it should be! A beautiful place I’ll be talking about for many times to come!

The space is clean, well-furnished, & comfortable.Staying here helped us to maximize our time at Tulip Time festival. We could step inside when the weather was unfavorable & be right back in the action as soon as the weather passed. We didn't need our vehicle the whole time we were in town because this location is central to everything. When we were inside we felt so comfortable & at home.

Excellent Stay at Angela’s condominium— I would have loved to stay a few more days to explore all the area had to offer, but it was a quick stop on a long roadtrip. The shower and Steam room was an excellent touch. I would stay again without hesitation.

The combination of the location (right off the square), the nicely updated apartment and the amenities created a fantastic place to stay. The hosts were quick communicators and assisted and resolved our questions! We will look to stay here or with the hosts in the future!

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

This place is the cats meow!! I the heart of downtown with great views, easily walkable to so many places you’ll want to go!! Clean, bright, well thought out decor, just sets this place apart from so many others!! Tons of activities, hot spots, excellent resultants, easily walkable!! Felt safe and secure!! Felt like home away from home!! We will be back!!

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.
