The cross-country ski track is 200 m from the house, the snow park is 1 km away and the chairlift is 3 km away. In winter, with the road closed, transportation is guaranteed by snowmobile or snowcat. The studios were created when we renovated our 1600 mountain hut and are furnished in the simple alpine style. It is a family-run structure dedicated to hikers who want to discover the many paths that lead to mountain shelters and lakes in the wonderful Val di Rhêmes and in the Gran Paradiso National Park, but also to families and couples who just want to enjoy the quiet and beautiful scenarios of the Alps. It is the ideal place to regenerate, in close contact with nature, animals and tradition.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Located in the central valley, it allows you to quickly reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the city of Aosta, the towns of the Alta Valle, France and Switzerland.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars.
