The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Hawks Barn, overlooking Pen-y-Ghent, is a luxury mix of contemporary combined with original charm, situated 0.6 miles from Horton-in-Ribblesdale. Perfect for the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Pennine Way, Pennine Bridleway or a relaxing rural break away from the madding crowd. Rooms can be split, superkings, singles or a mix sleeping a total of 9 guests. For evenings out, the warm and welcoming Crown Hotel pub is ideally located at the end of the lane, an easy 10 minute walk (Sleeps 9).

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is enveloped by woodland, fields and streams. The open plan, rustic style suits couples, small groups and some families, and is ideal as a base for outdoor activities. A peaceful dog-friendly rural retreat with walks on your doorstep, exclusive use of the garden, charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, and a wood-fired hot tub to relax in.

The cottage benefits from a wood burner, an Aga, washing machine, power shower, exposed beams, private riverside garden and very close proximity (2 mins walk) to 2 good pubs!

The 2 bedroom cottage is based in the heart of Horton-in-Ribblesdale, the base of the Three Peaks Walk. We welcome 2 well behaved pets . A welcome pack and first fire wood, coal is supplied for you. Front garden to sit and enjoy the views of Pen-y-ghent, or enjoy breakfast in bed with the view. Please note we are a dog friendly cottage. We take great care in our cleaning after each guest yet sometimes a few hairs can still be around.
