Holiday rentals with a patio in Penha

Extremely new, fragrant and well decorated apartment! The room is comfortable (new mattress/blackout window), the kitchen has the necessary utensils and the shower is good (it has a hair dryer and towels)! Regarding the distance to the park, the map shows several blocks, but it is really very close, a 10-minute walk. For the other tourist spots, it was necessary to leave with the car because most are in Balneário or other places, all about 1 hour from the apartment. There is a pharmacy and restaurant nearby, with several options on ifood. We went in 4 people and it accommodated very well! The apartment pleased everyone and is very worthwhile if the focus is really the park, which is incredible! I recommend the stay! Please Note: - Outlets 220v; - Tall car does not fit in the garage! Mine had a luggage rack (total height 2.10) and passed the bill. If it is larger, it does not pass; - For the cold, it is interesting to take extra blankets.

Very cozy apto, it exceeded the expectation. We were in 09 people and we were super well accommodated. 04 bedrooms are suites and 01 normal room, air-conditioning in all environments including bedrooms, kitchen and living room ! It has chairs and sunscreen! Large pool area and excellent for children, in short everything compliant. Host Raquel very attentive. Peaceful and unbroken accommodation. Would recommend.

The house looks like mom's house, I arrived and there was salt, coffee, you know the day-to-day things? Even though the stay was short, I thought it was such a beautiful care. And the host is super flexible with the key delivery.

Our stay was very good! The house is great, very spacious and comfortable. Bed linen, plenty of pillows and blankets available, bath towels. Kitchen integrated with the barbecue, a very pleasant atmosphere. Very quiet neighborhood. Market right next door, good dining options. We really liked Poá beach to go with our 4-year-old son. Marcelo responded promptly and was very flexible with our requests… and Mrs. Maria, who welcomed us, is very dear! We would definitely come back!

Great, house very well prepared to receive guests, bed linen, bath, kitchen utensils, etc. We rented the house exclusively to go to Beto Carrero, and it served us perfectly, we went and returned on foot to the park. Roberto and Mary were super helpful and friendly, I asked to check out a little after the standard time and I was promptly attended to. The only thing I missed was a television, otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a great weekend to have fun with the family and rest.

The house is very well located, close to Beto Carrero (back walking), the beach, market and shops, and also, organized and clean. Seu Gilberto was a sweetheart, demonstrated proactivity and was a 10 note in indicating nearby places and beaches for us to visit. I recommend the house to everyone, it is a great option for those who go with family or friends, as the house is large and has convenience and privacy to everyone, not to mention that the neighborhood is calm.

We were very well received by the host Sandra, a person with a super high spirit, very lively, she soon gave us all the suggestions of places like supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants that are very close to the place, she introduced us to the house that totally matches the ad, a beautiful and cozy property, everything very clean, fragrant and organized, my family and I love everything, and there has already been an agreement between us, when we return to Penha we will definitely stay with Sandra again, the house is everything as described in the ad, everything well organized and new, we have nothing to complain about… thank you Sandra for providing such a wonderful stay for us !!!!

Ap clean, tidy and well equipped. The condominium is a show for those with children, it has a complete structure. Mauritius was very attentive and helpful with us, responds very quickly. Location is great, beach front and with markets and restaurants nearby. We will definitely go back. It was very worth it!

The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, it has bed and bath linens, the TVs are good, it has air conditioning (but we don't even use it), the kitchen is well equipped , lava and dry in the laundry room. All functioning well the apt is spacious. The condominium is great and well located, the apartment block is the first and then closest to the beach, the pools are beautiful and we intend to return soon! Mr Lourenço and his very friendly and welcoming wife.

We went to celebrate my daughter's and my two-year birthday at Beto Carrero and we looked for something that was close and that had a nice structure for us to spend a few days. We were extremely pleased with the space, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized, with necessary items in all rooms. Besides, the hosts always gave us all the tips and support. The view is very beautiful and pleasant, the location is quiet, bedding and towels are clean and smelling. The description matches the space (except when it says it is a luxury apartment). It was a great stay where I was able to rest and enjoy happy moments with my husband and my dog! Communication with the hotel is efficient and the staff are polite and helpful!
