Monthly Rentals in Penn Yan

This was an awesome little place for my wife and I to stay for a night. Extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable. The beautiful surroundings and peaceful cows are an added bonus!! The best of both worlds too with it only being a 10 minute ride to town. Highly recommend!!

The interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home. The host was very responsive to all communications and dealt with a small issue promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. The views from the property were lovely, offering stunning scenery that enhanced our relaxing getaway. While the exterior could use some improvement to match the interior’s charm, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and scenic stay!

Great place if you’re looking for walkable restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be right in town!

One of the best places I have stayed. Location was perfect for us - close to the outlet trail for morning walks & easy to get into town. The house was very clean, had everything we could possibly need & all the switches, drawers & closets were labeled making it all so easy. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. We definitely will plan to stay there again when traveling to Penn Yan. Thanks for a great stay Minnie!
