The perfect lakeside getaway spot with beautiful views. It is renovated with an old time cozy camp feel, with modern conveniences. This pet friendly camp is across the street from Schoodic Lake. The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. Hunting, fishing and hiking destinations include, Baxter State Park, Gulf Hagas, and Katadin Iron Works. Water access at Knights Landing just a short distance away.

Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

You are a short drive from Acadia National Park where you can hike the carriage trails, see the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain, and take day trips to browse antique stores along the coast.

It is furnished with the amenities listed as well as a dock, swimming float, fire pit with firewood, gas grill, and table and chairs. Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.
