How should I start... The place is located in the authentic side of Kea, the east side of the island. It was super peaceful and you have all the privacy you need, while being close to a tavern and a mini market. The garden outside, actually it's not just a garden, it's a huge piece of land, with many places to sit and relax, was so beautiful that we wanted to spend all our time there! At night, you could hear all the sounds of nature and look at the stars, while enjoying the amazing patio with a glass of wine! You need a car to go to the beach, but, that's the point! Be able to visit all the amazing beaches in the east side of the island, which are located between 10-20 minutes drive (a super normal distance for Kea). The house was very clean and it had all the amenities needed. The host was super responsive with a couple of requests we had. I strongly recommend this house and we will visit it again soon!

Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist magisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist bezaubernd. Es ist gut erreichbar und man kann sehr gut parken. Nymphodora und Zoe haben uns herzlich empfangen, sogar mit kleinen Gastgeschenken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Kea ist eine wunderbare Insel. Wir haben einige Wanderungen unternommen auf alten Eselpfaden, auch den Fußmarsch zur der archäologischen Ausgrabungsstätte Karthaia (sehr früh laufen und viel Wasser mitnehmen - der Weg ist ausgesetzt, ohne Schatten und steil). Es gibt schöne Badebuchten und nirgends war viel los. Tipp: ein SUV ist von Vorteil angesichts der teilweise nicht befestigen Straßen. Wir haben uns total in das Haus verliebt, hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und kommen wieder!

We stayed 10 days at Vlassis and Celia’s lovely little apartment and found everything we needed in the apartment. Vlassis met us at the port to take us the apartment (Google maps doesn’t work here-Apple maps is better, but as Celia says follow the signs!) We were given loads of great advice about where to visit (you’ll need a car to get around Kea) and saw loads of lovely coves and beaches. The Loulis has a number of good restaurants and the walk is about 15 minutes to them, although you might want to let your food go down before heading back up the hill! Our hosts were super accommodating even letting me borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean sand out of the boot of our hire car. The apartment is very well appointed and even had a cool bag and freezer blocks for trips to the beach. The attention to detail is fantastic. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et attentionnés. Nous avons été surpris par la réactivité de Marilou et Tassos et de leur implication pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Ils seront présents pour aider, si nécessaire. Le logement est impeccable, la décoration est à mi-chemin entre tradition et modernité, la propreté est au rendez-vous et le mobilier offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se reposer et profiter de la maison. La maison se situe dans les hauteurs de Kea offrant ainsi une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le coucher du soleil. Toutes les conditions nécessaires pour passer des vacances ressourçantes et reposantes y sont réunies. Il y a un petit village non loin de la maison et des supermarchés. Beaucoup de balades sont accessibles également avec ou sans véhicule. En résumé, super séjour, endroit magnifique, maisonnette de rêve !

Ich war das 2. Mal in Nikoletas liebevoll eingerichteter und blitzsauberer Wohnung und habe mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht weit vom oberen Parkplatz, leicht zu finden und man hat alles, was man braucht inklusive guter Klimaanlage und WiFi. Auch bei großer Hitze kann man sich sehr gut im Haus aufhalten. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin ist immer unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per due settimane. La location è davvero spettacolare, lontana (ma non troppo) dalla zona più frequentata dell'isola, con un bellissimo panorama sulla baia di Psili da dove si vedeva anche l'isola di Andros. La villa è davvero bella, ben arredata, con ampi spazi esterni dove ci si può rilassare su apposite sedie a sdraio e divani a muro con comodi cuscini. Le camere erano spaziose così come i bagni, bella anche la zona soggiorno con la annessa cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. La cosa impagabile che ha reso la vacanza super rilassante, è la vicina spiaggetta che si raggiunge attraverso un piccolo percorso che dura circa 5 minuti a piedi. Non c'è quasi mai nessuno e pertanto si gode di una assoluta pace tanto da non desiderare di andare alla ricerca di altre spiagge (comunque belle, ma più affollate). Un ringraziamento và a Robert e Sophia per tutti i consigli preziosi su ristoranti ed altro. Ci rivedremo presto :-))

Magnifique séjour d’une semaine dans la maison. La vue, la maison, l’emplacement, la propreté et les attentions adorables de Chris … tout était vraiment génial. Merci beaucoup Christos! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The house and beautiful garden were perfect for relaxing, just as I had hoped when choosing the property. There are some adjoining houses, but the garden is very private and the views from the living room are lovely. We spent a lot of time just looking out and bird watching from inside. It was windy most of the time we were there in mid June, but a choice of outdoor tables and a roll down windbreak meant that you could sit outside most of the time. The house is very well equipped and feels like a home, not a holiday let. The downstairs bedroom has a huge, comfortable bed. Manu was very easy to contact and always friendly and helpful. A visitor’s guide explains everything about the house and has recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The central location was perfect for us, with interesting flora and fauna just outside the gate. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby that stays open until 10 at night which was a relief as we arrived on the evening ferry.
