One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Apartment 3 bedrooms and terrace in Pfalzen

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. They occupy the entire first floor, their landlord lives on the second. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, and there is a bus service to Brunico every 30 minutes. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. On foot you can reach the parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck in less than five minutes. The Kronplatz valley station is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is good for sporty couples, families with kids as well as business travelers and solo travelers.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
