I'm Guillaume, your host! At the age of 20, I settled in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the ocean, and I've stayed ever since. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

Beautiful modern & authentic house 8-10 people.

Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

A quelques pas de la mer notre spacieuse maison de 130 m2 classée « meublé de tourisme 3⭐️ », se situe à Lauzières (village ostréicole aux portes de la Rochelle et près du pont de l'Ile de Ré). Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.
